Levels, bell times, shared staff and rooms: one clash-free timetable.
About us

Scheduling specialists who are also teachers

We build timetables that respect every teacher's availability, keep days compact, protect specialist rooms and hold together when staff are shared across levels.

We are teachers ourselves, with years of classroom experience, so we know how a timetable shapes a teacher's day and a student's week. We turn your institution's rules into precise constraints, find out why lessons refuse to be placed, and improve the result instead of accepting the first solution.

BellRhythm works remotely with institutions in any country, in Arabic, French or English.

Services

What we do

Each service can be booked on its own. Most institutions combine a new timetable with support during the year.

Timetable creation

A complete new timetable built from your data: structure, bells, staff, rooms and rules.

Multi-level timetable

Several levels, several bell systems and staff shared between them, in one coordinated timetable.

Optimisation & audit

We fix and improve your existing timetable: unplaced lessons, gaps, workload and rooms.

Support during the year

New staff, new groups, room changes and next year's timetable, without starting again.

PDFExcel

Every timetable is delivered in two formats: PDF, ready to print, and Excel (spreadsheet), ready to open, sort and edit.

Problems we solve

The issues that make timetabling take weeks

Shared teachers across bell systemsWe check every lesson against real clock times, so nobody is booked in two places.
Lessons that refuse to be placedWe find the real cause and fix it, instead of forcing lessons by hand.
Long gaps and late single lessonsDay-shape rules keep teachers' days compact.
Overloaded daysLimits on periods per day, consecutive periods and days per week.
Poor weekly distributionSubjects spread sensibly, with double lessons where they belong.
Room and lab conflictsLabs, gyms and computing rooms treated as limited resources.
Availability and days offPart-time staff and fixed days off respected exactly.
Timetables that print wrongEvery shared teacher sees the real time of each lesson.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does a timetable take?

Usually one to three weeks after we receive complete data, depending on size and the number of rules.

What data do you need from us?

Classes or groups, teachers and what they teach, weekly lessons, bell times, rooms and staff availability. We send you a simple template to fill in.

Can you work with us remotely?

Yes. Everything is done online: a video call, the data template, a review session and digital delivery.

What if something changes during the year?

New teachers, new groups or room changes are handled through our support during the year, or as one-off changes.

In what format do we receive the timetables?

In two formats: print-ready PDF files and Excel spreadsheets you can open, sort and edit. You get one for every teacher, class and room, plus the master timetable.

Is our data kept confidential?

Yes. Your data is only used for your timetable and is never shared or shown without your permission.
